Cesar Marcos Arellano Salazar was born on April 25, 1952, and passed away on February 5, 2026. He leaves behind a legacy of love, resilience, and unforgettable memories that will forever live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
Cesar shared his life with his loving partner, Carmen Margarita Lopez, and was a devoted father to Angelica, Paola, Cesar, Gerson, Lilia, and Jonathan, who were the greatest pride of his life. He was also part of a large and loving family that includes six siblings, twenty-one grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren, all of whom brought him deep joy and fulfillment.
In 1981, Cesar arrived in the United States aboard an Italian ship, courageously beginning a new chapter in his life. He first settled in New York, where he worked tirelessly to build a future, and later moved to Pennsylvania, which became his home for many years.
Cesar was a joyful, hardworking, and outspoken man with a great sense of humor. Though he was reserved with his emotions and often kept his feelings to himself, he had a natural ability to light up any room. He was the soul of every gathering, always surrounded by laughter, music, and stories.
He deeply loved his family and friends and enjoyed life's simple pleasures-music, soccer, and spending time with those he loved. A passionate sports fan, he proudly supported Barcelona of Ecuador and was also a loyal New York Yankees fan.
Cesar Marcos Arellano Salazar will be remembered for his strength, warmth, and the love he shared so generously. His spirit lives on through his family, his stories, and the many lives he touched.
