Atlantic City, New Jersey passed away on Tuesday, October 24, 2023, at Acuity Specialty Hospital, Atlantic City. He was born February 19, 1946 in Bani, Dominican Republic and was the son of the late Maria Nicolasa Lora Mejia and Francisco Antonio Castillo Garrido.
Cesar worked as a cook for Harrah's Casino and Hotel,
Atlantic City, New Jersey.
He is survived by: his son, Cesar Antonio Castillo Arias; siblings, Dilcia Castillo, Eudides Castillo, Lesly Castillo de Diaz, Cristina Castillo de Soto, Milagros Castillo, Tancredo Castillo and Efrain Castillo.
Mass of Christian burial to celebrate his life will be 11AM on Tuesday, October 31, 2023, at Our Lady Star of The Sea Roman Catholic Church, 2651 Atlantic Avenue,
Atlantic City, New Jersey, where family and friends may view from 10AM to 10:45AM.
