Cesar was predeceased by two sisters, Mary and Marina Castro and Chloe, his beloved canine companion.
He is survived by his wife, Debra Castro of Rahway, and his sister Nilda Castro.
Cremation is private.
Funeral arrangements are entrusted to the Flynn and Son/Mitruska Funeral Home ,23 Ford Ave, Fords, New Jersey.08863
