The community is invited to pay their respects during the visitations services, which will be held on July 30, 2025, at Deco Familia Rosecrans Funeral Home in Paramount California. The visitation will start at 5:00 PM and conclude at 9:00PM.
Cesar's departure leaves a void that will be deeply felt by all who knew him, but his memory will forever resonate in the storiesshared and the lives he impacted.
