He is preceded in death by his parents, Mr. & Mrs. Cristobal and Guadalupe Rodriguez.
Cesar is survived by his siblings, Cristobal (Frances) Rodriguez Jr., Juan (Ruby†) Rodriguez, Favi (Abel Garza) Rodriguez, Jose Angel (Cathy) Rodriguez; nephews, Cristobal Rodriguez III., Jose Angel Rodriguez Jr., Juan Cesar Rodriguez, Robert Lopez, Hector Manuel Hernandez; and Maria Onofre and Tomas Treviño.
Visitation will be from 4pm to 9pm with a talk at 7:30pm on Friday, January 9, 2026, at De Leon Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held at 10am on Saturday, January 10, 2026, at San Juan Cemetery.
