Chad always made a work day bearable. He had a huge personality a kind spirit and was an incredible nurse. He will be missed by so many of his former coworkers. I'm so sorry for his family. May he rest in peace!

I worked with Chad at Methodist Hospital in Omaha, NE. Whenever I saw him, he would always greet me in the morning with this huge smile and make me laugh even when I was grumpy and exhausted from working overnight. Everyone at Methodist adored Chad! I'll miss your bubbly spirit and mischievious smile the most....RIP friend

I first met Chad when he took care of my husband after a total shoulder replacement. I was so impressed with him I encouraged him to go into education. He did his nursing educator preceptorship with me. I will remember his great humor, his wonderful smile, and his ability to work with some difficult students and situations. I am so sorry for this loss.

Chad was light! His smile and laughter were infectious and all he wanted to do was to make people laugh. He is loved by many and his passing came too soon.
