Chad Fields Obituary
Born on July 22, 1983, in Charlottesville, he was the son of Larry D. Fields of Charlottesville and Diana Varner of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
Chad was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, George Varner; and his paternal grandfather, Kenneth Fields.
In addition to his father and mother, he is survived by his step-mother, Mary Ann Himes Fields; his wife, Katherine C. Fields; step-children, Amanda, Jamie, E. J. and Ella-Christin; step-grandchild, Boo-Boo; brothers, Shawn Fields, Jason Fields and Dustin Fields; step-brother, Shane Himes; step-sister, Emily Himes; maternal grandmother, Betty Varner; paternal grandmother, Sylvia Fields; two nephews, Campbell Fields and Braydon Fields; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
At Chad's request there will be no funeral services.
In lieu of flowers, please make a memorial contribution to your favorite charity.
