Chad was an open & honest person with integrity, so much so that he had the passcode to my home/shop and keys to all my toolboxes/trucks. He was good at what he did but more importantly he was a good person with a good heart. Even after a hard days work he´d take the time to try and play or teach my 2 year old son.
We would get compliments on our work but also on how nice Chad was to everyone. He would educate the homeowner on why he was doing things the way he was, then go and do what he said he would. Chad always lead by example, took accountability & showed appreciation.
The world would be a better place with more people like Chad in it. I can´t really believe I´m writing this so young in our lives but R.I.P. brother. You´re climbing higher than ever now.
Ty Lufkin.
