I miss my friend so much! RIP Chaka!!

To the family, friends and co- workers at Florida Cancer Specialists (FCS).

Although I am a retired physician, I am also a cancer patient at FCS, and Chaka was my Radiation Technician for many years. He handled his job not only professionally, but he always took the time to say hello, how are you today. You were never just a number or another form to fill out. He always said something to make me smile - something that might be the very best medicine for the day. We even talked about our sport cars and our latest projects.

Chaka was a great guy to know as well as a consumate medical professional. I'm fortunate to have known him and will miss him very much, but always with fond memories. My condolences to his family and friends as well as his associates at FCS.

Chaka was always the first person to say good morning and wish me a good day. He was always there for me with a kind word and a smile. We talked about football all of the time. He predicted who was going to win the first Thursday night NFL football game of the new season. A joyful person who loved helping others. He looked forward to everyday with his family and friends. I feel so blessed to have known him. I will miss him very much.
