CHARLEEN KAY WILSON
May 21, 1941 ˜ July 15, 2023
Charleen “Kay” Wilson of Vancouver, WA, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Saturday, July 15, 2023. Kay was born on May 21, 1941, in Vancouver to Leonard and Clarissa Sykes. Kay was a strong woman of faith. She was a compassionate, witty, kind, loving wife, mother, grandma, and great-grandma.
She was a willing listener and prayer warrior for her friends and family. She was always willing to help others when working in the restaurant industry or home health care. All of her customers and clients appreciated the way she took care of them.
Kay was preceded in death earlier this year by her husband, Jerry. She is survived by her large family including her sons, Tony (Nicole), Chris (Deanne), Dave (Shelley), Steve; and her stepdaughter, Leanne (Michael). Kay had 17 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. She had a big heart and was a wonderful influence on her family.
Please join her family for a celebration of her life at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 19, 2023, at New Heights Church, 7913 NE 58th Ave., Vancouver, WA 98665.
