Passed away on Sunday, July 13, 2025 at the age of 69. Charles was born May 15, 1956 in Elmira, NY, a son of the late Henry and Ellen Staples Bailey. He is also predeceased by his sister, Carrie Edkin.
Survived by his daughter Beth Williams, granddaughter Kaylee Williams, Step-children Timothy Lauper (Jen Bigelow), and Kevin (Julie) Lauper; brother, Don (Donna) Bailey and several extended family members. He retired after 40 years at Kennedy Valve. Chuck was also a member of the Town & Country Fire Department from 1986-2002 and enjoyed fishing and taking his boat out on the lake.
Your thoughts and prayers are welcomed at this time but it was Chuck's wishes that services be held privately.
