Charles Barnard Obituary
Charles Thomas "Tommy" Barnard of North Little Rock, Arkansas, peacefully departed this world on Sunday, November 3, 2024 at the age of 71.
Tommy loved his neighbors, his family, and his friends. A long time business owner, he was beloved by his clients whom he thought of as family.
Tommy is preceded in death by his parents, Charles Luther Barnard and Anna Belle Harkey Barnard. He is survived by his sister, Linda (Steve); 3 sons, Christopher (Beth), Daniel, and Jeremy; and 2 grandsons, Cannon and Dean.
Visitation will be 5:00-7:00 pm Tuesday, November 26, 2024 at Smith North Little Rock Funeral Home. Service and interment will be held 11:00 am Wednesday, November 27, 2024 at Forest Hills Memorial Park.
