Memorial services will be conducted 1:00PM Saturday November 22, 2025 in the Chapel of Dilday-Carter Funeral Home.
Mr. Blankenship was born March 7, 1940 to the late L.V. Blankenship and Ola Blankenship. Preceded in death by a son Ricky Blankenship.
He is survived by his wife of 35 years Debra Blankenship; one sister Betty Overton of Linden, Tennessee; three grandchildren Jennifer, Little Ricky and Ariel.
