Charles Raymond Bleak Ray is survived by wife of 32 years, Marty, sister Priscilla Madsen, son Coby Bleak, stepdaughters Rebecca Valentine and Debbie Singh, his grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends. He was preceded in death by his sons Tony, Pete, and daughter Jody.

Ray began his career as a lineman in 1954, later becoming a line superintendent with Wells Rural Electric. Retired in 2000 and moved to Grand Junction.

Ray loved horses, fishing, hunting and the Miami Dolphins. His smile could light up a room and his laughter was infectious.

I will forever miss my uncle, he meant so much to me, he probably didn´t know. He´s my example in life as a person , family man I strive to be. One of the kindest person I´ve ever met. I will miss his fishing stories, laughter and biggest smile. My Condolences to all his family and friends.
