I just heard about Charlie's passing, and my thoughts and prayers are with your family. He was a fine and compassionate man, one who brought a smile to my face every time I saw him. His friendship was also special to my step-father, Sidney Meyers, and it made my life richer knowing him.

I have very fond memories of Mr. and Mrs. Borton when I worked with them at Richmond Barrel in Shockoe Bottom.
Mr. Borton was a fine man and I am so sorry that his family has lost him in this life. Good memories of him will be with me always.
