What a small world it is! My wife worked with his sister: Violette Houle at KRL Electronics for many years & my brother was his roommate (C-363) at Hillsborough County Nursing Home for quite a few months. I had the opportunity to meet Charlie on a couple of occasions and what a friendly/personable individual he was. His family purchased a couple of items for my brother at Christmas time for his assistance with his situation........it was appreciated beyond words......this is the type of person Charlie & his family are. God bless you Mr. Chouinard & may you rest in peace.

Although it has been many years, our family used to frequently drive to Manchester for visits with Uncle Charlie, Aunt Maxine and the kids. I remember Charlie as fun loving and mischievous. He clearly loved his wife and family. I fondly recall Charlie teaching us to water ski. Life has a way of separating us from each other but the love we share never fades. Rest in peace, Uncle Charlie. I'm sorry you've lest us but am so happy you and Maxine are reunited. So looking forward to the day when we're all together again. God bless you.
