Charles K. Cho

Charles K. Cho was born in South Korea on July 13, 1949, and immigrated to the New Orleans area in 1976, where he remained a proud resident for more than forty years before retiring to Bethesda, Maryland. He passed away on January 2, 2026, following complications from multiple myeloma. Charles was fiercely loved and cared for by his family, his company, and his community. He will be remembered as a hardworking businessman, a respected community leader, and above all, a good man with a generous heart and warm smile. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Brenda. He is survived by his wife, Jung; his daughters, Elena, Amanda, and Lenore; and his grandchildren, Frances and Thaddeus. If desired, memorial contributions may be made in his name to the Charles K. Cho Family Research Fund at Sibley Memorial Hospital in Washington, D.C. A private service will be held at Fairfax Memorial Home in Fairfax, Virginia, where Charles will be laid to rest beside his daughter, Brenda.
