Charles "Chuck" Hawkins Obituary
Charles “Chuck” Dale Hawkins, age 49 of Cookeville, TN & formerly of the Hermitage Springs Community in Clay County, TN passed away Tuesday afternoon, December 31, 2024 in Cookeville, TN. Chuck is in the care of Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Red Boiling Springs, TN.
A Memorial Service with Military Honors will be conducted Monday afternoon, January 27, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. from the chapel of Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Red Boiling Springs, TN with Dwayne Rich officiating.
Visitation will begin Monday morning from 11:00 a.m. until service time at 1:00 p.m.
He is preceded in death by: mother, Carol Sue (Birdwell) Frazier; aunts, Barbara Cook & Nina Rebhan; uncles, Scotty Hawkins, David Birdwell, Noel Birdwell, Bob Birdwell, Louie Birdwell, & Johnny Birdwell.
Survivors include: daughter, Liberty Hawkins of Red Boiling Springs; father, Dale Hawkins of the Hermitage Springs Community; brother and sister-in-law, Royce Brandon & Shannon Hawkins of the Kempville Community; niece, Armani Hawkins of Lafayette; companion, Tonya Cherry of Red Boiling Springs; several family & friends.
