In loving memory of Charles Kenneth Clark II. Charles, known affectionately as Butch by his family, Charlie by his friends and Nutsy by his coworkers peacefully passed away on October 28, 2023.

Charlie was born December 10, 1942 in Berea Ohio to Charles Kenneth and Elizabeth Ann Mills Clark.

He was a loving husband to his wife, Betty Schroeder who proceeded him in death in 2013. He was a devoted father, a proud Marine and a man who touched the lives of those he met.

Charlie retired from American Airlines in 2000 after a 35 year career. He worked as a union steward for many years and became the President of TWU Local 567.

Charlie's passion for bowling and coaching was a testament to his commitment and enthusiasm for the sport. He enjoyed his time as a volunteer bowling coach at Southlake High School. He was also passionate about the games of baseball and softball. He coached Kenny's baseball teams and Betty's softball teams as well as playing softball himself into his 50's. He was a huge fan of the Cleveland Indians. He was a classic car enthusiast, enjoying working endless hours on his 1932 Ford Coupe. He enjoyed going to the National Street Rod Association Nationals.

Charlie's love for his family was unwavering. He was preceded in death by his parents Charles Kenneth Clark and Elizabeth Mills Clark; his beloved brothers and sisters Rita, Pat, Mary, Nora, Jimmy and Danny.

He is survived by his brothers Terry and Dick and sister Edna; his children Kenny Clark, Stephanie Roden and her husband Darrell, Jaclyn Smith and her husband Ken; grandchildren Justin Roden, Kayla Roden, Hope Gonzales, Samantha Hill and Faith Clark.

He will be remembered for his enduring love, strong character and dedication to the Marine Corp. He leaves behind a legacy of love, resilience and cherished memories that will forever live on in the hearts of his family, friends and bowling buddies.

A gathering for family and friends will follow at 3:30 at Keller Pointe, in the Wild Rose Room, 405 Rufe Snow Drive, Keller.

A Celebration of life will be held on November 11, 2023 from 1:00 to 3:00 at Watauga Lanes.
