I knew Chuck in grade school. He was a very nice kid and a very good colorer. I moved to Virginia after the 5th grade and lost touch with all of my childhood friends but was able to reconnect on facebook. Chuck left us way too young. My condolences to his family.

I am just heartbroken to hear of Chucks passing. I always enjoyed our chats in my salon chair. I feel so fortunate to get to know you both over the course of the last 3 years. Words simply cannot express how sorry I am. I will be thinking of you always!!

Chuck was one of my first childhood friends. We met so long ago that I can't even remember not knowing him (probably as toddlers). We were kindred spirits in grade shool. Both extremely interested in science. I remember how we followed the space program through the 1960's, eventually watching a man walk on the moon! What a time to be a kid. We parted ways in our high school years, and recently reconnected on FaceBook. I had hoped that we could get together, perhaps to enjoy sailing, in which we both found joy. Alas, 'tis not to be. Bon Voyage, my friend.

My sincerest condolences to the Cook/Brown family. I am sorry I won't be attending services for Chuck, but I will be thinking of you all. I wish you strength and peace as you grieve, and for those of you traveling, a safe trip home.

Rest in peace cousin Chuck. While we only saw each other a couple of times as adults, I remember so many fun times we had as kids in Farmingdale - running past the flowers and bees to the pool, launching apples off of sticks (and getting in trouble when they hit the neighbor's roof), putting pennies on the railroad tracks at Grandpa Cook's body shop...

To Karen and all my cousins, my deepest condolences at this time.
