Charles Wayne Cooper, 86, of Moultrie, passed away at Colquitt Regional Medical Center on Thursday, February 26, 2026.
A memorial service will be held at 10:30 am on Saturday, March 14, 2026, at Westview Cemetery with Reverend Julian Griner, Reverend Tony Crosby, and Ms. Hannah Bass officiating.
The family will receive friends following the service.
