Chuck was my brother in law married to my sister Muriel. It seems I have known Chuck all my life. Sandra and I were kids when Muriel and Chuck got married.
I have many, many memories of Chuck: walking around with a book in his back, giving me terpenhydrate (yuck) for a cough, watching Twilight Zone with him etc etc.
He will be missed by many and especially his family.
May God bless each of you.

Chuck was my brother-in-law and we spent many good times on the golf course amd many other family activities with Muriel. They both are missed by our family. Chuck and Muriel made trips to Charlotte to visit our sons at UNC Charlotte.

I made a trip with him visiting college campuses in Minnesota back in 2002 and his interaction with the students was excellent. He explained the role of a misionary for AIM and the training before a missionary was sent to Africa.

He took his work seriously and was a truly devoted in serving the Lord. We discussed the passage in James 4:14 that describes we are a mist that appears for a little while and then vanishes.

Rest in peace.

Forever in Christ.
