Charles David Duggan

It is with profound sadness that the family of Charles David Duggan announces his passing on March 17, 2025 following a very brief illness.
Charlie was born on October 29, 1973 in London, England to Kathy Bowles and David Duggan, and Lucky Greer.
In addition to his mother and fathers, he is preceded in death by his beloved sister, Martha Nichols and his grandparents.
Charlie attended Greenbrier West High School. He loved sports including football and basketball.
Charlie had a daughter, Lacey Duggan, whom he loved very much! Charlie is survived by his step father, Nelson Nichols; his brothers, James Duggan (Danielle) of Virginia and Richard Duggan (Tina) of West Virginia; his long- time girlfriend, Amy Taylor from Charleston; many nieces and nephews that lit up his world. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins, including Kim Alderson, Deanna Young, Darlene Layne, Uncle Jr Dorsey, Uncle Jack Dorsey and Melinda Ward and Kimberly Harkins. He was well loved by a ton of friends and his family. He is gone from our sight, but never from our hearts.
Memorial service will be 5:00p.m., Saturday evening, April 12, 2025 at Wallace & Wallace, Rainelle. Visitation will be from 4:00 until time of service.
