My sincerest condolences to the Fulmer Family. I have known Charlie for 15 years and he saw how good of a worker I was mowing other neighbor's lawns and he asked me to do his. After I would finish mowing his lawn we would talk for quite a while and watch the Phillies or a game show he had on TV. I found all of his stories very enjoyable. I will greatly miss his smile and his company very much. I thought of Charlie as a close friend and neighbor. Charlie you will be truly missed by me.
