I worked at Kroger with Charlie. He was a manager there but he was more like a friend. Always a hard working guy that loved his job. He was very easy going with people and fun to be around. He will be missed. Sympathy and prayers for the family. Cathy Rodamaker

I worked with Charlie a long time at Kroger. He was always fun, such a respected and diligent worker. Once my husband's hunting dog had her puppy's before we thought she would. He brought the mom and many puppy's into our garage as it was snowing, bitter cold. He called me at work to see if I could bring home boxes, cardboard to keep the pus off of concrete. Charlie loaded my car full that night of good heavy cardboard and boxes. With a heater and the cardboard, all did well. We sold all the pups, but the runt. He was so cute and we named him Charlie.
