Charles E. Franks

Always smiling as he came by the station on his golf cart, with his dog. Continuing to work with youth, well into his golden years. Will be missed by many.

Before I ever met you my husband told me many great things about you, and when I finally met you I seen for myself how wonderful of a person you were. You helped so many people and was unconditionally selfless. My husband and I will never forget you Charlie, and will hold on to the memories we made with you out at Creekbank.

I´ve known Charlie for the many years I worked at Mid-Ohio Warehouse . He became a good friend. He was the kindest person I´ve ever known. I told him many times that this community will be lost when he leaves us. That time has come. Rest in peace my friend.
