Charlie was a lovely man who I am grateful to have know from the many years he volunteered at Habitat for Humanity in Louisville. He had a kind word for everyone he met and a joyfulness of spirit that influenced everyone around him. I'm sorry that I can't attend the visitation and send my condolences to all who loved him.

My sincerest condolences to the family of Charlie Gatton. May he rest in peace and rise to glory. He was one of the finest people I´ve ever known. I love you, Charlie.
