Charles Hiebert

It is with profound sorrow that we announce the passing of Charles Hiebert, a loving husband, reliable father, and adventurous spirit, who departed this life on January 24, 2026. He was a resident of Yakima, but his adventurous spirit led him to reside in numerous places, including Langdon ND, Cle elum, and Pomeroy. An enthusiast of the great outdoors, Charles's love for hunting, fishing, and trap shooting was only surpassed by the love he held for his beloved wife, Marianne Hiebert.

Charles had an unfaltering generosity that touched all who knew him. He loved spending time with his friends, sharing laughter and creating memories. As Helen Keller once said, "The best and most beautiful things in the world cannot be seen or even touched. They must be felt with the heart." Charles was one of those beautiful things. He is survived by his loving wife Marianne Hiebert, his daughters Kathleen Fernandes and Wendy Rusk, and son Aubrey Hiebert. He is preceded in death by his sons Marty Hiebert and Tony Hiebert.
