Charles, known as “Lucky Chucky,” enjoyed life to its fullest. He was truly one of a kind. He loved to talk, laugh, tell stories, sing, work, and most of all work in the yard. He was a devoted fan of Alabama football, appreciated sharp cars and trucks and enjoyed riding around. His smile was contagious, and he was loved by so many. His philosophy was simple: you only live once, so you enjoy it while you can.
He will be deeply missed and forever loved by his heartbroken family!
The family is especially grateful to all the staff at Green Village Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Green for the exceptional care, kindness, and respect they showed Chuck for 3 1/2 years! He was truly loved there. Also, the family would like to thank Crossroads Hospice for taking such good care of Chuck during his last few days.
