Chuck was born in Houston, Texas on March 18, 1958. He graduated from James Madison High School in 1976.
Chuck was married to Connie Hughes on August 14, 1991, they were married for 34 years.
Chuck has worked in the construction industry for most of his life. He was currently working at R.B Everett. He enjoyed golfing, fishing, watching his ducks in his backyard, hanging out with his dogs, and most of all spending time with his 3 kids and wife.
Chuck was survived by his wife Connie, daughter Dusti and her husband Jeff, daughter Carri and her husband Carl, son Ethan, granddaughter Alazae, grandson Aidyn, great grandson Damon, and his sister Janice.
He is preceded in death by his mother Sue, father Billy, and grandson Justin.
