Charles Hughes Obituary
A graveside service for Mr. Charles Edward “Charlie” Hughes, 76, of Monroe, LA, will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Friday, December 26, 2025, at Hall Cemetery with Rev. William Smith officiating, under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home Sterlington Rd. Monroe. Visitation will be held from 12:30 P.M. until 1:30 P.M. at the funeral home.
Mr. Hughes was born on October 18, 1949, in Monroe and passed away on December 20, 2025, in Monroe.
Mr. Hughes was preceded in death by his parents, Jay Hughes Sr. and Janie Hughes.
Survivors include his brother, Jay “Buddy” Hughes Jr. of Wendell, NC; sister, Edna Barnes of Monroe, LA; numerous nieces and nephews; and his furbaby, Little Lady.
