So very sorry. I've loved this family for half a century. Mr. Jaques was so very kind and smart - as reflected in his daughter. Of course his only mistake was for him to occasionally let me take his daughter to high school dances! ... I send love, hugs and the sweetest of memories.

I'm so sorry. My childhood was surrounded by the wonderfulness of the Jaques, and sad to hear of his passing. Wonderful, kind man - of course his only mistake was for him to occasionally allow me take his daughter to dances! Ha! Love to all of you 1000 times over. Hugs forever.
