Charlie was a dear friend he was consider the mayor of the mountain.
Always ready to lend a helping hand. The mountain won't be the same hw will be truly missed!!!

Charlie, was my Asst. Chief at BVFD. He was an individual, that I could depend on to be there when I needed him. I valued his experience and dedication as a member of the department. He will be greatly missed, especially the stories that he could tell. Rest in peace Charlie, your duty has been performed and we will take it from here, but with heavy hearts.
