Maureen while working for the IRS I did get to know Charlie as a great person. I first met him on a special assignment to the group that he managed. He ultimately was the inspiration that got me interested into moving away from doing audits and into administration and management. He was quite a role model or me. My deepest sympathy to you and your family

Charlie, God bless you and your family always. You were the first boss I worked for at the IRS and we had a great respect for each other. I will never forget you as I always respected you for your integrity and kind demeanor as well as your knowledge. I planted a memorial tree in your honor my dear friend. May your soul rest in peace Amen.
