Keel is predeceased by his parents Thomas Joseph and Merle R. Kilker.
Keel is survived by his loving wife of 30 years Brenda Carol Kilker; children Jennifer Kilker and Russell "Rusty" Kilker; siblings Henry Kilker, and Kathy Seabrook; Stepchildren James Yon and Krista Ness; grandchildren Tori Kilker, Belle Kilker, Caleb Kilker, Colby Kilker, Rhylen, Lydia, and Nile, and Cody Yon.; and great grandchildren Raelyn Isabelle Kilker, and Dawson Keel Dukes.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday September 30, 2023 at 11 AM at the Fraternal Order of the Eagles in Umatilla, Florida.
Condolences, memories, and photos may be shared on the tribute wall.

My first memory of Keel, my baby brother, is of a tiny little baby lying in the middle of Mama's bed screaming his little head off! He was hungry and thought Mama was really slow getting his formula ready. Henry and I were not at all sure this was a good idea!
