Charles Kish Jr. 71, of Masury, OH, beloved Husband, Father, Grandfather & Friend passed away New Years Eve at 10:33 PM suddenly at his home. Mr. Kish was born on February 28, 1940 at his childhood home in Masury the son of Charles & Elizabeth (Yudt) Kish Sr.. A 1958 graduate of Brookfield High School, Charles went on to marry his wife the former Carole Yvonne Metro on July, 22, 1961. They would share more than forty-seven years of marriage together before her passing on August 6, 2009. He was a retired Teamster working for several local trucking companies and had worked as a barber for many years. Mr. Kish was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Sharon, PA. Charles enjoyed riding his Harley and swimming at the F.H. Buhl Club, but most of all spending time with his beloved family. Mr. Kish is survived by his daughter Lisa Rossi of Sharon, PA; two sons Charles Kish and his wife Pamela A. of Masury, OH, and Paul Kish. of Bay Village, OH; and daughter Jonelle Streby and her husband Benjamin of Mount Vernon, OH; his three sisters Betty Inman of West Middlesex, PA, Mag Ypparila of Muncie, IN, and Frances Moran of Oro Valley, AZ; his eight grandchildren Shane and Allison Balash, Taylor Kish, Kaylee and Luke Kish, and Willy, Robbie, and Emma Streby; and by his great-grandson Chansten Balash. He was preceded in death by his wife Carole, and by his parents. Calling hours will be held from 5:00PM – 7:00PM Thursday January 5, 2012 at the Madasz Funeral Chapel in Brookfield, OH. Rev. Henry C. Andrae will celebrate a memorial Mass which will begin at 11:00AM on Friday January 6, 2012 at Sacred Heart Church in Sharon, PA. Everyone is asked to meet directly at the church prior to the Mass. Burial will take place privately at the Brookfield Township Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy the family requests that any contributions be made in to the Susan B. Komen Foundation P.O. Box 650309, Dallas, TX 75265-0309 in memory of his wife Carole.
