Charles Ralph Loftis

I visited with Charles weekly at the CLC, I had once told him that he was born just a few months after my own father was.
He rarely spoke about his active service, but he would talk about some of the duty stations he'd been to.
We'd reminisce about old movies, movie stars, singers, and sports.
I'd do my best to keep the bird feeder filled outside his windows so he'd be able to watch the birds, but I joking told him that he'd probably be napping during their feeding time.
I also keep him up to date on my own children & grandsons, some of the pranks my twin brother and I would do. And me always trying "to get one over" on my own father, but never really succeeding.
May GOD favor us Charles so that we can meet again, when it's my time, you will be missed, Rest In Peace!
