Charlie and my husband Frank were best friends growing up in Somerville. Charlie was in our wedding 46 years ago this August. May Charlie and Frank meet up in heaven and reminisce and rekindle their old friendship from Monroe and Boston Street in Somerville. Condolences to charlie's family .
