Charles “Nick” Nixon, 84, of Alexandria, passed away Monday, July 22, 2024, at his residence. He was a retired scale maintenance technician for Kahn’s in Cincinnati and enjoyed tinkering with mechanics, hunting, fishing and sports cars.
He was preceded in death by parents, Moreland and Martha Harris Nixon; sister, Augie Clegg and brother-in-law, Bill Ligon.
Survivors include wife, Elvira “Toni” Nixon; son, Keith Nixon; former wife, Carolyn Hollis Nixon; granddaughter, Alexis (Jake) May; three great grandchildren; and sister, Patsy Ligon.
Visitation is Wednesday, July 31, 2024, 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 Noon at the Middendorf-Bullock Funeral Home, Hebron. Funeral services to immediately follow at 12:00 Noon. Interment will be Private in Bullittsburg Baptist Church Cemetery.
Memorials are suggested to: St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude’s Place, Memphis, TN 38105-9959.
