Pat, Dick, Mike, and the entire O'Brien Family... I'm so sorry to hear of the passing of your husband/dad. Like Al, I have many fond memories of my "St Phil's years" and Mr. O'Brien is in a lot of those memories. He was always so good to all of us kids and the family was without a doubt, the kind of people you were proud to call friends... I want you to know that my thoughts and prayers are with all all of you.

Pat and O'Brien cousins, we are so sorry to hear of our family loss. There are many memories, but a few I will never forget: working as a laborer for Uncle Chuck; the O'Brien, Lavin, Lintz reunion at the Lake; and especially the time Karen and I met you and Chuck in Scottsdale (2004) for a round of golf and beers.
Uncle Chuck ... then family man, the Christian man, and a great Uncle.
Our love to all.

Mike, Dick, Pat and the entire family, please accept my condolences for your loss. Chuck brings many fond memories of my youth. He was always so nice to me. I always looked forward to seeing him and Pat when I used to visit my parents at Buehler Home in the last few years. After both my parents passed I thought about the fact I would miss seeing both Chuck and Pat regularly. He was someone I was proud to have known.

Dear Aunt Pat and O'Brien cousins: very sorry for your loss, with Uncle Chuck's passing. When I saw Uncle Chuck's photo in the obituary, I first remembered his great laugh and sense of humor. He had a great laugh. Then, I remembered him as a man of integrity, who was humble and worked hard, and loved his family. I remembered that at a family gathering Uncle Chuck challenged several of us - we were in our early 20's and he was in his 40's - to a swim race to the other end of the pool, and he beat us all! He was a good man. Aunt Pat and kids, take good care at this difficult time.
