My heart goes out to Charlie, Teddy, Sean, and Sheila and his family. Such a good friend. I haven't seen Charlie in a few years, but I will always have many fond memories of many a day and night spent laughing with him. I'll miss you my friend!

Im so sorry for the family of Charlie Phee who Ive know all my life. He was a wonderful loving person who lived life to the fullest and truly cared about people. He will be missed but his spirit has retired to a wonderful place. May his spirit continue to soar high.
Sincerely,
Bunny Garrett and family of Joyce Garrett.
