Charles Mason Riggs "Chuck", 66, beloved husband of Gwendolyn Moseley Riggs, passed away Monday morning, December 25, 2023 in Aiken Regional Medical Centers.
Chuck was a long-time resident of Aiken, SC. He was born in Montcalm, WV, but called Aiken his home. He was a member of Apostolic Lighthouse Church and loved serving the Lord.
He was a Master Carpenter. Chuck enjoyed fishing, golfing, Harley Davidson Motorcycles, playing cards and watching Philadelphia Eagles football.
He will be missed by his family that he loved with all his heart.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Betty Nardinocchi and father, Vincent Riggs; two brothers, Vincent Riggs and Paul Riggs.
In addition to his beloved wife, Gwen, he leaves behind his siblings, Darlene Bliss (Bryan), Cathy Smith (Brandon), Monica Parks (Charles), Marcia Riggs (Steven); his children, Bianco Belcher, Jennifer Riggs, Timothy Riggs, Patricia Harp, Amy Jeffers (Larry); nine grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held Saturday afternoon, December 30th at 3 o'clock at Apostolic Lighthouse Church. There will be a time of fellowship at the church following the service. Private inurnment will be in Earle Church of God Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Chuck's memory may be made to his wife.
