CHARLES DENVER “DENNY” RUNYON, age 84; beloved husband of Lola (nee Dalton) for 58 years; loving father of Sherry Runyon and David Runyon; cherished Pa of Thomas Foley (Lauren), Theodore Beharry (Bri), Summer Hundt (fiancé Steven Zimmer) and Dalton Hundt (partner Molly O’Boyle); Great Pa of Noah, Sadie and Theo; son of the late Charles Lee and Icie Myrtle Runyon; brother of Kenneth Runyon (Wava) (both deceased), Donald Runyon (June) (both deceased), Wanda Bailey (Juddy) (both deceased), Janice Marie Runyon (deceased), Gary Runyon, Douglas Runyon (deceased) (Joetta), Sandra Tamas (George) and Randall Runyon; uncle of many; U.S. Army Veteran. Charles’s biggest accomplishment was spending time with his family. He worked for 37 years at Ford Motor Company. He loved bird watching, fishing and going to Olive Garden with his family. Prayer service at the funeral home, Tuesday, September 9, 2025 at 5 p.m. Family and friends received at THE RIPEPI FUNERAL HOME, 5762 PEARL RD. (AT SNOW RD.), TUESDAY 2-5 P.M. A private burial, with full Military Honors, will take place at the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.
