We send our deepest condolences on the passing of Charlie. I knew Charlie from his work on State Bar of Michigan issues, the Michigan Supreme Court Historical Society, as a law partner at Dykema, and as a friend. Charlie was the consummate professional and approached everything with integrity and encouragement. He was an example to all lawyers on how to act in all circumstances.
