Charles Santoni Obituary
Chuck spent 38 years working in the Federal government. His last 21 years were spent at the Office of the DOD Inspector General, where he retired as the Program Director for Intelligence Audits.
Chuck loved Baltimore sports and had season tickets to the Colts, Stallions, and Ravens. He was also an avid follower of the Baltimore Orioles. He managed baseball for 7 years and coached basketball for 3 years at the Severn Athletic Club. Chuck never missed any of his children's athletic endeavors in baseball, soccer, wrestling, football, tennis, basketball, volleyball, swimming, and softball.
He is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Joyce (nee Janney), and their 4 children and spouses: Charles Jr. (Carlo) and his wife Christine, Anthony, Christina Miller and her husband Aaron, as well as Amanda and her wife Cindy. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, a great-granddaughter, and his sister, Geraldine Fuller.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Tuesday, December 17, 2024 at 11:00 AM at Parsell Funeral Homes & Crematorium, Atkins-Lodge Chapel, 16961 Kings Hwy, Lewes, DE 19958 where friends and family may begin visiting from 10:00 AM- 11:00 AM. Interment will follow at St. Peter's Cemetery, 660 Pilottown Rd., Lewes, DE.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105 or http://fundraising.stjude.org/goto/ChuckSantoni.
