Charles Seymore, a beloved father, brother, grandfather, great-grandfather, and friend, passed away peacefully on May 27th, 2025 at the age of 74. Born in Sunflower Co., MS on May 20, 1951, he was a son to William Columbus and Edna Olean Warren Seymore. Charles was a proud mechanic who spent most of his life under the hood of a car. He was devoted to his family and nothing brought him more joy than spending time with his grandchildren and great grandchildren. Whether it was sharing stories, teaching them how to fish, or simply being present with his gruff sort of love, he left an unforgettable mark on every life he touched. Charles was stubborn, but his strength, loyalty, and unwavering love defined him far more. His friends and family knew they could always count on him-whether they needed a laugh, a lesson, or help fixing just about anything.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. on Friday, May 30, 2025 at Cleveland-Moffett Funeral Home with Bro. Richard Brown officiating. Burial will follow in the Hurley Family Cemetery.
