Loving father of Charles B. Small Jr. and his wife Meghan of Attleboro and Michael M. Small of Norwood. Proud grandfather of Scott William Small. Son of Barbara A Maltby (Butler) and the late Thomas Small Sr. Brother of Rosemarie Holmgren and her husband Bob, Thomas Small Jr, Barbara Macelhiney, John Small and his wife Teresa, Caroline Dean and her husband Chris all of Wareham, Brad Maltby and his wife Gabrielle of Marshfield and the late Debra (Small) Cataloni. Longtime companion of Sharon O'Reilly also of East Hartford CT. Also survived by many nieces and nephews and grand nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to visit on Wednesday, January 28, 2026 at Chapman Funerals & Cremations – Wareham, 2599 Cranberry Hwy. (Rt. 28), Wareham from 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM. A prayer service will follow at 5:30 PM at the funeral home. Burial in Center Cemetery, Wareham will be private.
