The funeral service will be held at 2:00pm on Friday, July 7, 2023 at McNeil's Funeral Service. Following the service, a burial with military honors will take place at Mustang Cemetery in Mustang, Oklahoma.
Charles was a student at Oklahoma City University and worked at Industrial Uniform and Towel Supply. He also served in the United States Navy.
