Charles Angelo "Chuck" Strabley

STRABLEY, Charles "Chuck" Angelo, left this life on November 7, 2023. Born in Salineville, Ohio in 1934 to Angelo & Blanche Strabley, he left high school to join the Navy at the age of 17. While stationed in Jacksonville, Florida, he met the love of his life, Dottie, and they were blessed with 70 wonderful years of marriage. Chuck was preceded in death by his daughters, Gayla and Kathy, and his grandson Cory. He is survived by his wife Dottie; son Jeff (Kimberly) and daughter Karen (Randy); grandchildren Ramsey, Jessica, Skyler, Sydney, Matthew, Benjamin, & Stephanie; and blessed with nine beautiful great grandchildren - we would list their names, but they are charging us by the letter. After moving to Richmond, he founded All Brands Servicenter, in 1965 - now a third-generation family business. During Richard Petty's 1970's heyday, Chuck was a key member of the pit crew, fueling his car to victory as the gas man. He was a devoted church member at The Church of the Epiphany in Lakeside, as well as a volunteer and board member at Lamb's Basket Food Pantry. Chuck will see you "On the Road Again". A private service will be held. Charles final resting place is The Church Of the Epiphany, 8000 Hermitage Road, Henrico, VA 23228.
