charles was a dear friend of mine growing up in the morton ave school area . we had great times playing and in the boy scouts.i had the pleasure of taking charles and libby on a boat tour of the okefenokee swampabout four years ago while they were staying in waycross. diane and i and all of our class mates of the class of 56 will miss him. jack oquinn class of 56.
